"If ever there was a time for zero stars this would be it. I called this shop at 11:45 AM and told the employee that answered the phone I would be there between 215-245 later the same day with new consignment. She was very friendly and told me that would be absolutely no problem-to come on in. Silly me, I thought everything was fine? I drove over 35 minutes to get there only to see a sign on the door that they weren’t taking new consignment at this time (except “high-end” I believe it said). I walk in and the employee tells me she has no idea who was working this morning or why they would have said that and I’m thinking do you all of a sudden have 100 people that work here? Then she proceeds to tell me they must have just put the sign up? All of this is totally irrelevant to me at this point- I’m just beyond irritated Quite honestly, it doesn’t matter to me who was working- I was given incorrect information. On top of that, she didn’t even bother to ask me if I had certain items that I still wanted to consign (ie “high end”). Such an incredibly huge waste of my time. I just find it hard to believe such a small boutique setting should ever mishandle simple communication to clients who are not only going consign-but spend money as well"
