"I visited Macy’s North Point Mall at North Point Circle, Alpharetta GA 30022, twice recently and received the most wonderful service there. Three beautiful girls, Helen, Monica, and Mandana received me very warmly. Three of them all spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect jewelry for my daughter and her husband enthusiastically. They are all like beautiful angels! However, what moved me even more was that Helen and Monica both gave me the best price in the market for the necklaces I bought , because the domestic inflation is currently at a high level and the prices of goods and services are constantly rising, I never expected to buy such beautiful products using incredible generous piece. I have never received such excellent services. Thank a million Helen! Thank a million Monica! Thanks a million Mandana! You all are amazing! Much appreciated!"

"I love the ladies at the MAC counter especially Ebony she has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable and will help with all your makeup needs. She taught me how to achieve beautiful brows in 10 mins. I highly recommend going to see her."

"Great prices but when it was time to check out, it was difficult to find a representative at the check out counter. When I did find someone and checked out, the representative had an attitude like I was bothering her and making her do her job. I tried to use my star reward points and the representative wasn't helpful with the process at all and acted very impatient. I ended up frustrated and told the representative to forget about it and walked away without making a purchase."

"I was good with this location for a while until I came for a service last week. There was a black woman, just forgot to see what is her name. She was serving in the shoes section, attitude was so rude when I came for a return of an online item, she at least didn’t have a greeting like hi, hello..?! I just don’t want anybody else will experience those feelings again."

All at one place..thousands of choices in anything I want to buy and would love to have in collection. My 90% of time of Northpoint mall goes in Macy's."
