"Wow!! Perfect experience from start to finish!! This morning we went to our first ever warehouse sale at Stash and it was nothing short of amazing. The furniture is great, the warehouse is filled with great pieces, with lots of room for shopping. Staci and her team were super easy and fun to work with!! Can’t wait for the delivery of all our new things and we will ABSOLUTELY be back and will be happy to share this place with everyone looking for beautiful decor."
"BUYER BEWARE My recommendation is that you not make any significant purchases from this company. They will make absolutely no effort to stand behind the products they sell. In my case, I purchased a $4800 sectional they say is amongst their top sellers. Within about 2 months, there was a major structural issue I’m guessing with a spring. That piece is not usable today for fear of greater damage. I contacted Stash and they made it very clear that all sales are final and they really didn’t care about my situation. Under the circumstances, I would think a credible business would at least contact their manufacturer and/or offer to send someone out to complete a repair. They simply pointed to the bottom of receipt and politely told me to eff off. As I’ve started using other pieces, they haven’t broken but they seem to be showing abnormal wear. I’m in process of deciding whether to call it a total loss or find someone to attempt a repair which I’m guessing will be about $1000 to look at all 3 pieces. Based on my experience and the way they do business, they create an incentive for their manufacturers to just send them the poorly built items and wash their hands of the results. Not saying that’s definitely the case, but it’s certainly the business incentive. In my opinion, it’s not worth the risk. Just buy a quality item with a warranty from a reputable manufacturer/retailer who will stand behind what they sell. Good luck."
