"My wife and I didn't quite feel like shopping for furniture initially when we walked into the American Signature Furniture location on Barrett Parkway today, but we received such a warm welcome that it changed our afternoon. Horace was a fantastic salesperson to work with - he clearly explained the pricing for each piece we were interested in, showed us the different finish and fabric options, and was very patient with us. He even made great suggestions on ways to create contrasts in the rooms we were putting together. Brenda was also a great Sales Manager - again, patient, welcoming, and thorough in her explanations. "I have been searching for the right couch for awhile and stumbled on their website. I originally wanted the Pacific sofa but landed on the Berkeley? And got 2 end pieces together to make a shorter sofa recliner which is perfect for our space! I wanted a sofa I could nap on and recline. Chris was an awesome salesman and super helpful with explaining each piece and help find the right sofa for our living space. He understood my concerns of needing a safe piece that can fit my 6’5 partner. When we have more room for new furniture in the future I’ll definitely be back to get more pieces to match the new one! She was very knowledgeable of all the pieces on the floor, and had such a sweet welcoming spirit about her that made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. Our 1yr old kid was going bunkers in the store when she shared with us that she had grandchildren. After only a few moments, she managed to get her quiet. We were impressed. Melissa is such a great asset to American Signature Furniture; she’s the best saleswoman that we’ve encountered out of all of the locations.
