"Literally the most rude person I have encountered. I walked in today and asked if they took USPS packages and she told me to "Google it" when I asked her where the closest Post Office was located. I will never use this location ever again for any mailing purposes. So much for the "holiday" spirit of being kind."

"The one time I send my daughter in to drop off packages and to get a receipt, you give her a hard time about getting a receipt and tell her to take a picture! Do your job and give a receipt when requested by the customer. Don’t give anyone a hard time or even try to find an easier way when a picture is not worth two cents to ensure delivery! A receipt is necessary for the customer to be confident that they did what they needed to do to get the package mailed off and it falls on you afterwards."

"Unfortunately, all the bad reviews you are reading here are the truthful ones. Drive the extra 5 to 10 minutes to a relaible, and professional location. The women that works here is extremely rude and seems to always be on her phone, or just unbothered to help you in the slightest. It also seems that the positive review are all fake or made by her or her relatives as they all sound very scripted and similiar to one another. I don't normally leave reviews unless they are well deserved, and she is just not a very nice person. Take your business elsewhere and I can assure you it will be better received than here."

"I've used this location for years because of it's convenience. Every time I have visited the store, the employee is in the back or talking on the phone. A package worth $2k was lost at their store waiting for pick up from UPS. When I visited the store to inquire if there was any insight or help that could be given to find the package. I was met with a response of "they [UPS] picked up the package already." Followed with an attitude and response of it not being their problem. I know my review will fall on deaf ears considering all the other reviews saying that same things..."

"I had a large return package. I was able to use their dolly to get it out of my car. Easy dropping off. I was told to leave it at the front and that was it. I did ask for a receipt and was told I didn't need one and took a picture of my label. Hopefully my package is sent out. Update - my package did get shipped off. Glad it did. Next time I'll try and get a receipt for my package."
