"Dan greeting my wife and I when we entered the store. We told him we where just browsing and said find me if you have any questions. We really liked this because other places salespeople won't leave you alone. We eventually had questions and found Dan. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We explained we weren't ready to buy for another year or so. He respected that and did not try to pressure us into some layaway, deposit, etc. Thank you, Dan!"

"I ordered a Reverie bed with platform for bedroom and sectional and chair for my den. Dan Perry was exceptional in his efforts to make sure I was satisfied. My den is an awkward room and so my original order had to be adjusted as it was going to be too large for the room. No problem, Dan watched my home videos with the measurements and we found the perfect fit for the room as I had my heart set on a sectional. My wonderful Bed… the remote stopped working and Havertys was going to send a Tech out to trouble shoot…but Dan called me with the Reverie rep and helped me pair the app and we ended up resolving everything by phone…including the remote that is now working great! I still appreciate that Havertys was willing to send a technician out. Great customer service! Everyone was Very helpful with ideas from the design team to the professional delivery men. All around a success! I thank Havertys all around but most importantly, I thank Dan Perry for orbiting the entire situation from start to finish to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic service- so refreshing! Made me feel so satisfied with my purchase! Well Done!"

"I love shopping at HAVERTY’S. The selection and quality of the furniture is outstanding. The manager and staff are professional and friendly. My sales representative Darren VanArsdale is awesome! He always greets me and my wife with a big smile and takes his time with us to make sure we are satisfied customers. I also like the fact that their delivery personnel are in house Haverty employees. They treat you right during the delivery process. I have had situations where you purchase from other furniture stores and the delivery is horrible because they hire outsourced hourly workers. Now their prices may be slightly higher but the furniture last far longer than the competition."

"Excellent experience. Haverty’s had more desks (which is what we were shopping for), than the other nearby furniture stores. We were not pestered inside, but Dan let us know if we had questions we could ask him, and pointed us in the direction we needed to go. Next time we need new furniture, we will be contacting him!
