"The staff was wonderful! The wait time was minimal. The cost was much cheaper than my insurance (if you can imagine that!) My overall experience was amazing and I will continue to have my imaging performed at an Akumin location. Highly recommended!"
"Have generally been one of the best, but this time they were 30 minutes behind schedule, but nobody in office advised until we asked. Akumin confirmed our appointment, requested we arrive at least 15 minutes before our appointment and bring specific documents. We did our job arriving 20 minutes before, with requested docs, then sat in waiting room 45 minutes before asking if there was a scheduling problem. We got in immediately, but changed and then sat inside and waited there instead of in the waiting room. Poor scheduling"
"The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The MRI tech I had was amazing. I discovered I am claustrophobic as he was placing me inside the machine and he pulled me out right away, did everything he could to calm me down including allowing my partner to be in the room to ease my anxiety and was very empathetic. He really made me feel at ease. He kept me informed through every phase of the MRI all the way through the end. It really made the whole experience rather pleasant in spite of my anxiety attack. I highly recommend this Akumin."
"Staff was very nice and only reason I gave 3 stars. It felt dirty and there wasn’t a space for me to sit down. Suggestion to hire someone to come clean the building. For that reason I would probably go to a different location."
"I used to go to the Towers for all my care, but I have to tell you that this place is 10 × better! The place is clean, well organized. Great staff. My experience was great! Everyone was so polite."
