"The store staff are great, and very friendly. The pharmacy staff are another story. I live 10 minutes from this CVS, and I drive to Dawsonville (25min away) to use the CVS pharmacy there. The staff at this pharmacy are rude, and shouldn't work in customer service if they don't want to service customers......"
"This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They will eventually end up killing someone. I am 8 months pregnant and was put on Insulin. My doctor sent in the prescriptions that I needed and instead of following the prescription instructions, they made up their own instructions on how I was supposed to administer the insulin. If it had not been for my Diabetic educator who caught the error, made by the pharmacy, something really bad could have potentially happened. She had a copy of the original prescription sent in by my doctor and compared it to what the pharmacy had written on my medications. In addition to this, their customer service is just awful. They called me after they cancelled my delivery and advised me that I had to re-submit my order online. This was not an option, the website said I would need to call the pharmacy for redelivery. When I called them back, the girl (she did not provide her name) who answered the phone, spoke to me as if I was incompetent and then slammed the phone and hung up on me, after letting her know that re-submitting the request was not an option and that I needed the pharmacy to fix the issue and have my prescriptions delivered, as the pick up person was waiting on them to release the medications to be delivered. I called back and Leah answered this time I informed her that the last employee slammed the phone on me and her response was "well did you say something to upset her?" Completely and absolutely just an inappropriate response in my opinion as me explaining that the website would not allow me to resubmit the order was why she slammed the phone on me. Not sure how that justifies her actions. Please stay away from this pharmacy."
"Today my daughter had an unknown allergic reaction on the way to college and called me to tell me she felt her throat tightening up. I advised her to get Benadryl from the nearest pharmacy since her allergies weren't as severe. When she got there, she asked the pharmacy for what she would be using. They told her to take the Benadryl. When she went to the front to pay, the medication required ID to purchase, and she wasn't old enough. The cashier took away the medication and my daughter explained the situation she was facing. A customer offered to show ID the Benadryl for her and the cashier didn't allow it. While the cashier made my daughter sit down and wait for EMS, another customer had bought it and was calling my daughter's attention from out the window of the store. My daughter was unable to go out and grab it. Her breathing through the phone started to get heavy and I advised her to run and grab the pill from the back of the store while I was on my way to pay for it. The cashier followed her to the back took away the box of pills from her and kept telling her to go sit back down. The pharmacist came and told the cashier to just let her take the pill but the cashier refused again. My daughter had a hard time talking to me on the phone since she couldn't breathe well, thank god, the ambulance arrived by then. I am extremely upset that not only had the pharmacist and cashier hadn't helped her, but the cashier hadn't let other people help as well. The pharmacist could have provided a prescription for an epi pen for emergency situations but she had failed to do so, based on my knowledge as a nurse. My daughter could have lost her life today, thanks to unprofessional way of taking action and a lack of empathy."
"Pharmacy is understaffed. First I called to check the status of my prescription and put on hold for 10 minutes. I've been told it will be ready by 6pm. I went at 7pm it was not ready and had to wait an hour. Definitely the worst pharmacy experience"
"I dropped off a pain prescription this Sat morning at Canton rd CVS, At 10:15. The lady said it would take 45 min, I said how about 11:30, she said 'perfect'. Came back at 11:45 - not ready. Was told I would receive a text. No text was ever sent!! Went back at 2 and they were ready. I was lied to by 2 ladies at this CVS today. I will never set foot in such an establishment again! I cam"
