"This is the best pharmacy! Polite, efficient, accurate, and I’ve always looked across the counter and found a smile! Update: I no longer use this pharmacy. I was faced with the horrible quandary of either missing a long-planned trip or having to start this trip without medications that were prescribed for daily use and without which my health would be in jeopardy. I had performed all of the required steps necessary to request a "vacation override," which should have allowed me to pick up the meds that day. With a great deal of prayer, I spent the first half of my relocation trip trying to locate a pharmacy that would fill this Rx that was from an out of state prescription. The pharmacist on duty at the Marketplace Blvd. store and his assistant refused to call my doctor's line until after the office had shut off its phones for the weekend. My flight was in 18 hours, but they told me they were too busy to help me or to try to locate the fax my doctor's medication nurse assured me she had just sent. There was no valid reason my prescription should not have been filled by the time I had arrived. The previous month, I had been given too many of the medication and I brought the meds back to the pharmacist and quietly told him to recount the meds. He was shocked, but told me he was grateful that I had brought back the meds, as the pharmacy was expected to keep accurate records of its medications. After a few months, I noticed that pharmacy no longer employed that pharmacist and I spoke to the pharmacist who had been so helpful to me before this fiasco. She understood why I felt it was necessary to change pharmacies. I believe the situation was caused by CVS Retail, because the pharmacy is extremely busy at all times of the day and yet there are very few people on duty at this location."

"How about more than 1 pharmacist at your location-very rude-refused and lied yesterday and even after a call from them saying it was ready today-when my wife went there they acted stupid and wanted to know the names of the 3 scripts and claimed they didn’t even have me in the system and then it might be in there somewhere-I had to call and move my scripts. You are so cheap and sorry with your 1 pharmacist and 1 helper!!!!! Never coming back"

"The CVS pharmacy on marketplace Boulevard has fantastic staff. I transferred from another big box pharmacy that was always a long wait and sour attitudes. This was such a refreshing experience and I am so glad I changed."
