"Amos the property GM was absolutely fantastic, I did stay in one of the newer renovated rooms for a month and never received new linens or towels, but in their defence I had my own towels and kept my room clean myself. So maybe they knew that IDK. Only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke from neighbors standing on the stairs smoking. All in All not a bad place."

"The motel promoted super fast Wi-Fi and even included a small fee added ro the bill to ensure as much. Unfortunately, the connection process was more complicated than necessary. Ultimately, I was unable to successfully connect my devices. The motel also promoted free local and long distance calling. Unfortunately, the worn down phone in my suite didn't work at all. I informed a worker and was told this inconvenience would be documented and hopefully taken care of the following day. This never occurred during my 7 day stay. There was no communication in regards to the cleaning person that comes around so trash piled up in anticipation of their arrival, as we were never shown where a dumpster was to take it ourselves. No one ever came to vacuum or change sheets. Overall, I was mostly grateful to have a roof over my head instead being out in the cold streets with my two small children."

"I really like the service online to reserve your room ahead of time and have it ready upon your arrival. When I I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. I didn't have to wait long because the was ready. I went to look at the room the room was what a hotel room should be, clean. The staff is very respectful and friendly. The security and your well-being is well monitored. I have not had a problem since I've been here.I would recommend this hotel to anyone even my family."

"We do have one of the oldest rooms which has not been renovated I’d give the room a zero!! However, Amos, the front desk clerk, has worked so hard to help us through this very difficult season."

"The Location is great very convenient to Restaurant shopping etc The General Manager is very nice But the rooms with double beds is HORRIBLE nasty and I can’t understand how they allow someone to stay in those rooms you guys make enough money to renovate that place walls are horrible the bathroom was unbelievable disgusting. Yet the guy under me single room was suitable to stay in I can’t believe they charge more for a bottom level newly renovated ALL THE ROOMS SHOULD LOOK THE SAME!!!!!! Clean and comfortable"
