"We reserve this hotel to see family in cunming. It was the most expensive Hilton property we stayed in our travel. It was the absolute worse. It was like comparing a 1st at hotel to a 5 star. Not Hilton at all. Person Who checked us in said he would put us on 2 then changed his mind and put us on a floor where he said we wouldn’t be bothered. He made us very uncomfortable. Breakfast was the worse. Couldn’t get the spoon out of the grits they were so hard. Food was yuk! Major. Please stay at another Hilton property in this area. The bathroom was a strange configuration. Also asked for a room that did not have pets and I’m sure this one did. Sneezed all night. Told lady at front desk in The morning about guy who checked us in. I wasn’t going to make a complaint until we got to Vicksburg Mississippi and stayed at the greatest Hampton ever. And a fraction of the Cost. I even wondered if the room we were in had hidden cameras! Weird place"
"I was there the night before an operation at the hospital next door. The desk clerk was very nice and helped us find a place for dinner because it was Christmas night and most restaurants were of course closed. He was compassionate and caring. The fresh baked cookies and coffee were a nice touch. My husband was scheduled to stay two nights while I was in the hospital. I ended up doing so well that they sent me home the day of my operation, so we suddenly did not need our room. It was check out time and we were obligated to pay for that night but the clerk that day told my husband not to worry. He could have an extra hour to come pack and we would not be charged for the second night. They could have held us to paying for the second night but they were caring. I highly recommend this hotel. Also we were given a room on the quiet, wooded side of the hotel on the top floor, where no noise could be heard from the highway and I could rest well for my surgery. The room has nice touches like extra hooks in the bathroom and a coat rack on the wall in the room foyer area. Super comfortable beds and a great bathroom."
"Excellent stay! Room and property were clean and tidy. Beds were comfy and showers were hot! The breakfast offered was really good! The first day we had omelettes and sausage; the next day scrambled eggs and bacon. They had waffle makers and bagels, cereal and fruit too. Staff were very nice. It’s a close location to restaurants and stores."
"My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and were fine until we noticed ants in the bathroom and then in the bedroom. On the 3rd night we were awakened by ants in our bed that bit me in 4 places and were swarming in the bed, my pillow , nightstand and all over the bathroom. We got up at 4:20 AM and packed our bags and got out. We requested a phone call but never got one after reporting the ants and gnats to the front desk. Never going back there again. Unbelievable that hundreds of ants were in the room and bed. On the morning we left, I couldn’t sit my coffee down or ants would have been in it in seconds and the ant bites on my legs and backside are still visible and itchy 5 days after checking out. I posted many pictures of the ants on the bed and all over the night tables but I don’t see them on my review. Very bad to wake up to hundreds of ants all in your bed"
"Arrived just before 2am with no reservation and just the clothes on my back, due to an unexpected hospital stay for my parents. Ron went the extra mile to make sure that I got a room, had a toothbrush and tooth paste, and that I (a solo female) felt safe in the parking lot when I needed to move my car. It was a very warm and kind welcome after a very long day. He even made sure I got some honey for my tea that I was able to prepare at their complimentary hot beverage station. One of the crappiest circumstances to need a hotel, but by far one of my best experiences with one."
