"Can't understand the Indians because of their accent, if you cant converse in the English language you don't need to be in a customer service position. Very slow service had to wait 2 hours to get a prescription filled. In the 12 years I've been coming to this store I have never had to wait over 30 minutes. This is totally unacceptable for a Pharmacy. If these employees are that incompetent they need to be fired."

"I’m very happy with the CVS pharmacy. They are very nice person on the counter. there were three women. Their name are Hina and Azeema and I don’t know the third woman’s name. Today, I went to pick up my prescription and time was over but they were cooperated with me. And they were very nice and make time for me to get my prescriptions. I thought I can’t pick up my prescription but I did because of their help .I was sitting inside my car comfortably ,and also I asked my daughter‘s prescriptions. Hina said I don’t have any information about your daughter. I gave her insurance card she updated her information in to their computer. I got my daughter’s prescription too. Thank you so much."

"The head pharmacist ignored me,rude,bossed others around and said id have to wait 2 hours for prescription, dr had to call it in 2xs, bad service so i said fax to another CVS down road its been 30 minutes and she still hasn't faxed over prescription. NEVERE GO THERE."

"They gave me the WRONG meds. When my fiancé (ER/OR nurse 23yrs) asked them to correct, the pharmacists argued and insisted she was right. After about 5-8mins of back & forth another tech told the pharmacists she was WRONG! With NO apologies the pharmacists switched pills out and said NO charge like she was doing me a favor. I took wrong meds for 3wks!!! Wish I could give negative star!! Go to wal-mart or other CVS. Just give me what my doctor sent in, NOT what you think. If you have a elderly parent or spouse please double check their meds at this CVS!! They are nice techs, but I need right meds not a pen pal."
