The staff is so kind and knowledgeable about not only the desired cuts, but what you can & cannot expect for their style of hair, precautions to take & they are very efficient with how they set expectations. I make my next appointment the same day of my visit so I don’t have to wait. Love them!"

"I read a few of these reviews and I started laughing. I’m not sure if someone is upset and posting fake negative reviews or what. We’ve been going to Dee’s in Smyrna for about 18 months and I have nothing but great things to say about Jessica and the staff. I mean yeah one time their credit card machine was broken, but they got it fixed. I do have a few questions for prospective clients…….. 1. Are your expectations reasonable? I’m a doodle owner and some come in wanting this very specific haircut they saw. 2. I always ask how my dog did that day. Based on the feedback, I work with him at home between visits (touching feet, touching ears, brushing him out, etc) 3. I make my next appointment before we leave. Yes, it’s tough to schedule that far out but my dentist expects me to schedule 6 months in advance, this is only 4-6 weeks. 4. Yes I tip. This is a service industry. When you call around for prices, keep a tip in mind. 5. Also, I try to make sure when we arrive my dog is tired. Whether that means he went to daycare the day before, or we played a long time in the yard or took a long walk before his appointment. Don’t take an energetic dog in and expect them to sit still for a couple hours. 6. My dog is easily distracted. For this reason we schedule appointments on days when the shop is a bit less hectic (not Saturdays!). Personally I’m thrilled with the level of service. The location is super convenient. And I trust leaving my dog there."

"The staff and groomer is very friendly and kind. They do a really great job grooming my Pomeranian and the location is convenient for me. My dog always seems to enjoy her time there. They do charge significantly more than the last two groomers I have taken her to, so that’s the only issue I have. It’s $85 for grooming my 5 lb Pom."

"I took my puppy in to see when they could get him in for grooming. It was going to be almost two months for new clients. The owner Dee came out to meet him, and evaluate his coat (he is a shih tzu). She said he was starting to get knots, and got him in the same day. I was not expecting that at all, and she was so kind. I would also like to mention the entire staff there was kind, and super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this grooming salon!!"

"We are always so pleased with our two 70lb golden doodles haircuts! We have tried a few places in Smyrna and Dee’s has been the very best. Jessica at the front desk is so kind and accommodating and the groomers there truly understand what I ask for and do it right! This can be hard for doodles because people want different cuts. My boys always look so fresh and handsome, always happy with the outcome from Dee’s!"
