"I will definitely be calling corporate in Bonnie Flemming! She is miserable, disrespectful and unprofessional. She has a nasty attitude towards all customers. She hung up on me and I had to go up to get her name because she wouldn't give me her name over the phone. I had to let her know that she is rude and disrespectful and that I will be reporting her. I don't care how long she has been working there, this is unacceptable."

"This review is specifically for Michael the pharmacist. I’ve been going to this Walgreens for several years now. Michael has always been patient and kind with my questions and will go above and beyond in answering them. My husband was recently put on a medication that had a side effect that could be reasonably treated by another med and Michael went ahead and added a prescription for that to ensure we weren’t miserable. It’s nice to know that they’re someone thoughtful on the other side of the counter taking care of us. Thank you so much, Michael!!"

"To be the only 24 hour Walgreens nearby, this place is horrible. I went to purchase some cold medicine around 3am, the checkout system was taking way too long. I’m not sure if they were having connection issues but the gentleman who was checking me out didn't bother to mention anything or apologize for the delay. He just tapped on the counter as we both stood there waiting looking stupid. Literally waited more than 5 min for the register to decline 3 different cards which all had enough money for the purchase. No one wants to deal with that early in the morning, especially when sick. Get y’all ish together and learn some customer service skills."

"I called the pharmacy because I was on my way to pick up a prescription I really needed and I would get there at 6:59pm. Bonnie or whatever her name is I already see she’s treated other people just as bad… she told me she would not wait for me that she was closing the pharmacy at 7:00pm exactly. I got to the window at 6:59 and she was still there and had shut all the doors already when she knew I was going to be there exactly at 7pm. There is no kindness at all she didn’t even care. Why work at a pharmacy when you don’t care about the clients and treat them so cold and horribly??"

"Bonnie treated me badly like I owe her money. I scheduled a flu shot at 2:45 pm and waited until 3:35 pm… while sitting there, I found she was not friendly to anyone not only me. Why Walgreen hired a person like this to hurt its reputation? Because of the shortage of labor market so they have to hire incapable people? I’ll go to Costco nearby to get vaccine and prescription in the future."
