Heaven On Earth:

"This is absolutely the most awfully run pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The staff is so unprofessional and rude. For a brief moment they had a new female pharmacist working at this location and when she was there things ran smoothly. Now the male African pharmacist is back and things are chaotic. When you try and call they won’t answer the phone or if they do, they will slap you on hold and never return to the phone. My doctors office sent several prescriptions to be filled and they never filled them saying they needed insurance approval. Mind you these are the same medicines that I have been having filled over the years. Called my insurance company and they said pre approval was not required. These employees all need to be fired. I wished my insurance company Aetna would end ties with CVS pharmacy. Do better!"

"This CVS is understaffed and overworked, especially with the closing of two other CVS pharmacies nearby. Simple prescriptions electronically transmitted take an entire day to fill, and in today’s case were filled incorrectly. It is our consistent experience at this store that filling and picking up a prescription will never be easy, and while the staff is kind and friendly, it is apparent that they are working in an overwhelmingly stressful environment due to corporate policies and procedures. Fortunately it is easy to have prescriptions pulled over to the Publix pharmacy across the street."

"Pretty standard CVS. The parking lot is pretty tight. Nice to have one close to home, but I prefer the layout and selection at some of the other nearby pharmacies over this location. My biggest issue is the hours of this location. They close pretty early compared to other CVS stores."

"Good Morning. The clerk very friendly. she was alone attending and organizing the pharmacy. I went to take a flu vaccine and waited more than an hour, I decided to give up and went to the public that is ahead and was attended quickly. When I arrived at Cvs I had people waiting already, and I left after an hour and they kept waiting. Sorry for 3 stars."
