"I have been long time customer of Cumberland animal clinic. My cats have seen Dr. Bailey for quite some time and I was hesitant about going this time knowing that she had left the practice. However, my cat and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Graye. She has implemented some changes which allow for a more comfortable visit for the patients( cats and dogs ). She also worked really well with me in regards to my budget. She also took extra time to discuss with me a medication that one of my cats takes. I thought it was prescription and she explained that it was over the counter and even brought her phone into the room to show me where I could buy it online. I felt like that was well above and beyond what she needed to do. It was a great experience and we look forward to seeing her on our next visit with our other cat! P S. When she walked In the room, my cats tail shot straight up as a friendly gesture. Even he knew she's good people!"

"We had a great experience here today with our Kona! Back story- we are in town visiting family and she ripped off a toenail. She is a very VERY vet nervous dog so we are always apprehensive in taking her to a new clinic just due to how she will react. We were able to wait with her in our car until a room was ready, and once back there they were very quick to act so that she didn't have to wait in the room. The vet was so understanding and didn't want to push her too much and induce more fear than she was already experiencing. Everyone was very nice! We also paid less than what was originally quoted to us, which is always a plus! If we ever have to see a vet while in Smyrna, we will definitely come here. Thank you again for such a smooth process, and being so understanding and flexible with our girl!"

"I have been bringing my beloved pets here since about 2011ish and always loved the compassion and care they received here. The reason for my lower rating is that over the last couple of months while trying to figure out an issue with one of my dogs there is a high turnover of personnel, front and back office, so that I have to repeat everything over and over again each time I brought him in. They would tell me that there was a course of action for the next appointment and then at the next appointment a new person would see him and change the course of action for the next appointment, etc. To me this just felt like spend some more money. I feel like the compassion has left the practice since it is not the same people caring for your pets. When I called today to ask for records to be transferred to a new vet I got an ok and no question as to why we were leaving the practice after so many years. As a former medical practice manager I always wanted to hear why a patient was leaving so that I could see if there was anything we could do to retain them. After the phone call I just felt like they were like ok see you later."

"Absolutely love the veterinarian. I had been taking my dogs here for the last yet. After some miscommunication over medication. I was told to take my business elsewhere after speaking with fustration about my pet. I emailed and got no response. I was denied access to speak with the vet after having an phone altercation with front desk lady after they told me some misinformation. No apology, no sense of care. This was about my pet and she took this matter personal. This place is a great place just has a bad apple. Thank you to all the people that were great to my pup. It’s not a great feeling to be dismissed as a customer. I really hope you were honest with the staff about that conversation. Listen to people when they tell you who they are. This clinic wasn’t the one for us may be the clinic for you. You loose my trust once I don’t trust you to handle my animals ever again"
