"We had a great experience with Forsyth Humane Society. The staff is very personable and they genuinely care about the animals. There is a fee to adopt, but I feel confident that the funds are used to provide the best care and keep vet costs down. We still utilize the humane society for all of our preventative services."
"What wonderful people providing such a wonderful service! My kids and I went to visit to see about adopting a cat. They were extremely friendly and generous with their time. We did end up adopting a cat for only $75. That included the Spay, microchip and current vaccinations. I recommend this for being one of your first stops to meet your next potential pet!!"
"The team at Forsyth County Humane couldn't be more knowledgeable and patient! I visited 3 times before I chose a dog to adopt. They recognized me and had the same team members there each time, so it felt very comfortable to take my time and figure out which dog my family and I bonded with the most. They took care of her spay and heartworm treatment (she was heartworm positive when she was brought into the shelter). They were so kind and sweet with me and the dogs in their care. You could really tell they spent a lot of time with the dogs and made sure they were treated great while they were at the shelter and found loving homes. They took pictures when we picked up our girl to take her home and asked for updates! 5* experience!"
"This facility is amazing, they were so kind and explained everything perfectly. I was able to adopt my new pup who we call Nova now (was Lila). I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to adopt a pet, and I will go there again if I ever want to adopt another dog!"
"Great place to get adopt a dog! I adopted Zeus from here after my Yorkie, Lucy passed away. Their humanue society is awesome. We still take him there to get checkups and vaccinations. We love Zeus! ❤️"
