"My sweet baby passed last night before anything could be done for him. After my parents took him to the vet, Dr. McDuffee took the time to talk with me on the phone and answer all my questions. She assured me that I had not done anything wrong and that nothing could have been done to save him. They also made paw and nose prints for me to keep at no extra charge. I’m deeply grateful for their courtesy and compassion."
"I had a great experience thought my fur baby was really sick and thank God she wasn’t and the veterinarian was a ten in my book. My baby was doing a lot better next day even got a follow up. And fair pricing ❤️"
"Our family Chihuahua was in extreme distress so we took her to UrgentVet to see if there was anything they could do to help her. Unfortunately, it was too late and she had passed before we got there. But, that did not stop them from immediately taking her back to check on her. They were very professional and showed deep care and sympathy for a beloved part of our family that will deeply be missed."
"Our pup ate some grapes, we tried to figure out what to do when our vet wasn’t available and found UrgentVet. Maddison was super sweet and gentle with our dog Doodle. Even though she wasn’t showing any symptoms of kidney issues, we got some fluids into her as a precaution. Some dogs never have any reaction to grapes, and some have super bad reactions. I’m grateful that she didn’t have any issues at all. I think really our only issue is that the vet that was there seemed super judgy about the food she was eating (Pure Balance, Lamb and Brown Rice) and then judgy when we didn’t get blood work (it hadn’t been 24 hours, so it would’ve been $250 to get zero toxin reports). I think her first name was Dana, but I can’t remember her last name. Otherwise the experience was great and us and Doodle left feeling happy."
