"So I bought my shoes in February, and mind you I have never had a problem with this brand, in fact, my Johnston and Murphy shoes before this pair lasted me YEARS. However this time around, after about two months of wear, the heel literally fell off as I was walking! Good news is, I called their 800 number, and they were extremely helpful and nice, and sent me a email that would exchange the current pair for the same one, or reimburse me if they don't have that shoe anymore! You've earned my business for life!"
