"Kudos to Marcus! I have played sports my entire life and Tennis years ago ,last ten years playing and running a Pickleball group in our subdivision. Started back playing Tennis and had a Wilson old graphite heavy stiff racquet. Friends recommended going to Your Serve. I did and met Marcus . I paid for the one month try all the racquets you wanted. Marcus taught and showed me the difference in almost every racquet the store carried.. I tried at least 6-7 racquets and along with some of our friends probably a total of over 10 racquets. So many to choose, so many different strings these days.. wow! After playing with so many my wife and I choose the Volkl C4. What a difference from our old racquets! I had Wilson NXT 17 strings put on as those were the ones I tried and liked. The service from Marcus was outstanding.. we also bought a tennis bag for my wife, some added tape, and a ball hopper! Kudos Marcus .. a customer for life. Yes this is the kind of customer service I expect when I spend my hard earned discretionary money at any store or business !"
