"I have been shopping with Under Armor for many years and have spent a lot of my hard earned money with them. But as of today, I will not spend even 1 cent with this company ever again!. I bought several pairs of shoes and other clothing for my son and I, on this occasion when shopping at UA. Since I did not try the shoes on this time, which was a mistake, I did not realize I had been sold a defective product. I have many pairs of shoes from Under Armor and was not in a hurry to ware the new black/white combo pair. When I tried the shoes on for the first-time, I only then felt/noticed the defect in the right shoe. Unable to ware the shoes I searched for my receipt and could not find it. Since the shoes were purchased in Pooler, GA, I thought they could no longer be returned without a receipt. A few month's later the receipt surfaced under some paper work and it was suggested I return the defective product to Under Armor, since they had sold me a pair of shoes that I could not ware. I went to my local Under Armor in Woodstock, GA, explaining my situation. Since UA sold me a defective product, I was expecting them to swap the shoes with the same shoe or at least replace the shoes with a comparable shoe. But UA only offered me $11 dollars and some change for the shoes since they no longer had the model. Since I could not ware the shoe's I left the shoes and the $11+ dollars with the UA Store. As of today I will never spend any of my hard earned money with Under Armor ever again! They could have been more considerate with at least a comparable swap since they sold defective shoes to one of their customer's who has shopped with them for many, many years and who trusted that their products were of the highest quality. Although, I experience minor flaws in the past with their clothing, in those instances the clothing was wearable. However, these shoes were not."

"excellent service! my husband liked a jacket but didn't have his number! but the attendant promptly informed us that he could order online (same price he had in store) and send us home at no additional cost. So we bought it in this store and four days The jacket arrived and it looks great! I forgot the name of the attendant, we found him very helpful!"

"I can’t even tell you how bad my experience was in store trying to get some socks. I understand not having my size in both colors and they had to be ordered. The calamity that followed was unbelievable. First they checked inventory and stock was showing in store. Ten minute search produced nothing. Then try to order them. The store agent first couldn’t make the iPad work to take my order. Ten more minutes. then I couldn’t use my virtual gift card to make the payment and had to use my AMEX. And the cherry on top is I just received my socks and the kid ordered the wrong size. Very poor experience that I will now have to spend an hour correcting."
