"RUN from the store! I tried to take a pair of shoes back that have NEVER BEEN WORN! They would not take them back because they said I have worn them! Complete BS! They were never worn! The tag was still on the bottom of them. One little mark, that was obviously there when I bought them. I went to another location and they gladly returned them. Customer NO SERVICE in Woodstock! I would fire this manager and her entire team in a blink of an eye!"
