"Had a few unfortunate experiences with Mountain High Outfitters. The first was the outlet location not being able to process gift cards that my husband and brother received as gifts, for Christmas. They just couldn’t get them to work at the register and it seemed like the staff couldn’t figure it out. They left with nothing and I believe they were told to just order online. Well, my husband finally ordered something, online, about a week ago and received his order. The order was the completely wrong shirt and not even the right size. The shirt he received isn’t on their website either. $52 for a shirt and they can’t even send the right one. Disappointed to say the least."
"Stopped by and purchased a swimsuit and the 4 guys working tonight were incredible, especially Noah! They had great suggestions and knew all the products. I was looking for very specific items and they went and got all of the products they had!"
"As a person with over 15 years in retail in past careers but one recommendation for mountain high outfitters is to do a better job of publicizing your sale racks. There are a lot of hidden gems in this particular location being in an outlet mall that don't get a lot of attention because the signage is not on a brighter color paper. 50% and 40% offer acts are big deals especially for higher end outdoor clothing and equipment, so my only recommendation to mountain high is to do a better job advertising what's on sale in the store I believe you would clear your sale shelves much faster if the signage color will change."
"Welcoming and helpful staff. Large product selection. Was able to get my pup a ruffwear life vest. Called the this location. They place the product I was wanting on hold until I arrived."
