"Just had to switch. After being a customer for many years i went to get much needed medicine and was told they simply don't have it. I waited a week just to be told this so now im out of medicine that could be life altering for me. Changing pharmacies today."

"After being a customer of Kroger Pharmacy for years, I switched to a new pharmacy this week. I’ve seen a steady decline in customer service. The wait times are unbelievable. The past few times I’ve used them, they either messed up my prescriptions or didn’t have them ready - DAYS after being sent in. The drive-thru is never open anymore, and the line inside stretches to self-checkout. They always claim they are short-staffed. Whatever. I’ve finally had enough."

"I used to love Kroger Pharmacy when my son was young they saw he was ill, put us to the side, gave us water and a cool cloth, and move his prescription to the front of the line. I'm a loyal shopper so I changed all my prescription needs to them after that point. Fast forward to 2020. They mis-filled a prescription for me giving me a qty 1 when it should've been a qty 3. I called back and guy told me no problem, he'd fill the other two. I never got a text so I went in. I was told I hadn't gotten the prescription since March (I had gotten the qty 1 in July) and there was nothing she could do. I'd have to call back another time and ask for the manager. So I call today and ask for the manager, she hung up on me by "accident." I called again and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I had to hang up at that point because I'm at work and my work phone rang. They definitely just lost all my business. Customers are no longer a priority. All this over a vitamin B prescription."

"As a former Kroger Pharmacy employee in this store, it literally breaks my heart to see the state of this place. I NEVER thought I would see the customer service so poor. I stood in line, being helped for about 12-15 minutes, a car sat in the drive thru for as long, unacknowledged. A customer came up requesting a prescription that should have been sent over from his doctor's office but hadn't made it to the pharmacy yet. Instead of offering to help the gentleman find the prescription or just help him at all, she kept doing what she was doing on her computer on the back row and simply told him "if it's not here, I can't fill it.". Sheila, Tammy, and Anna can only do so much to uphold the "old" ways of the pharmacy. They have little to no backing for support. It is truly sad to see what use to be such a pleasant place to fill prescriptions be such a burdensome place to shop now. Someone is going to read this and say "if you don't like it, leave", for the most part, we have. However, for insurance purposes, we are tied with a couple of scripts. I love my Kroger Pharmacy family, but corporate has failed them and it is just sad."

"This pharmacy is filled with kind technicians who are very compassionate. The pharmacists are always open to questions and are willing to take time with patients. The wait time on calls can be lengthy but they are a busy pharmacy and they do try to make your experience swift and pleasurable."
