Burger King 7703 Broad River Road, Irmo, SC 29063

"I dont normally post bad reviews but honestly, this is a super slow Burger King. I think they may be under staffed. It takes about 20 minutes to get your food. I just went because its close by. Burger pattie was burnt and hard. Chicken wrap was not even a full piece of chicken, it was a cut chicken pattie in half. Disappointing to say the least."

"Order through the drive thru this morning(1/11/24 8:20-8:40AM), and was immediately greeted by the employee (Older black woman with braids) with an attitude. I ordered, received our food, and immediately parked…the food was poorly assembled, the croissants looked as if she made them and sat or stepped on them as flat as they were. Of course we didn’t eat any of the food, I requested a refund, and after she assisted everyone else, my refund was given. I know she made out food piss poorly, as I watched her make other customers croissants properly. We definitely won’t be returning to this location. -A Local Business Owner"

"Not sure why the rating is so low. Food was freshly made and delicious. Thank you to the woman running the show tonight for being so nice and working hard, bc I think she was solo. I don’t get to have BK very often bc we don’t have any near us…and while it’s just fast food…it really is my favorite and you really came through and it meant a lot to me. Thank you thank you thank you!"

"Horrible experience. Ordered a mobile order to be picked up inside. I waited 10 minutes only to be told the lobby was closed and I would have to leave and go to the drive-thru. Waited another couple minutes at the order board and then got told they did not have biscuits anymore cause it was after 1030. I ordered my biscuit at 10:15 am. Once I got my food everything was soggy and un-edible. Between that and the rude employees. I will not be coming back again."

"Horrible experience. Took my son and his girlfriend here, and this place was an embarrassment for her first time here. I'm sure she'll never eat another BK. Lady working was rude. The food was cold. The dining area was nasty, and so was the bathroom. Clean this place up, please."
