"Awful experience. Haven't been here in a long time, saw someone else say the chef salad was awesome. 1st we waited forever for our food, everyone else after us got their food. Until I walked up and said politely everyone else has their food, and I really think I saw him pick up our ticket off of the counter and the guy said pepperoni pizza will be 2-3 mins. Ok great. So he brings us just an 8 inch pizza with one little pepperoni. Umm where's the rest of the order? Did they really think we were going to share an 8 inch? So it took another 10-15 mins to get my chef salad and the cheese sticks. And the dipping sauce, marinara maybe for the cheese sticks was cold, like refrigerator cold. By this time I was over it and we ate a few bites and left"

"The absolute worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. I came with my family of 10 to dine in, 3 salads were not received for over an hour. The staff didn’t apologize or care to make amends. They had different excuses for each family member that went to ask about their salad or inquire about their meal. The manager, Maddy was dressed as if she rolled out of bed in a tie dye t-shirt and PJ bottoms, who didn’t care about customer service. I would agree with another person’s review that it’s a bunch of kids working here and don’t care – they don’t value having a good work ethic or bother to instill customer service. I’m pretty sure they put ex-lax in my husband’s lasagna."

"This place is the perfect Midwest style pizza, slightly greasy, toppings under the cheese, super cheesy and square cut. I've traveled quite a bit in the U.S. and had many different types of pizza, this is number 2 of my favorites in the U.S. amazing, everyone has different preferences but if you like Midwest style pizza this is where to find it in SC. Thank you Bellachinos, this is the pizza I was missing. In my opinion, this is the best pizza there is in SC. I'll update if that changes"

"First time for my wife and me. Asked Corina, at the counter whats best? She pointed to and explained Italian Grinder was most popular. We added oven baked fries and a drink. Two thumbs up. Also they had sample bruschetta at the time. Very good. We will be going back. Thanks Corina for the svc and recommendation."
