"Update: everyone that left a lower star review try this location again. So I went today and the customer service was amazing, the food was good, and I left feeling good. They made a change in staff and it shows. This restaurant has to have the worst customer service in Irmo. If you do not want to work then please do not come to work. Went to drive thru “drive thru close you can come in or whatever”. Went to counter to order “you have to take your own order this register is broke” proceeds to ring up someone else on the exact same register that is “broke”. When I saw the girl rubbing her nose and then going towards the kitchen I just left."
"I ordered 3 taco supreme that came out very soggy and wet. I also ordered Chipotle melt and they gave me the wrong order. I was very dissatisfied with my order. I would like for all the employees to take pride in making sure every Tacobell customer feel satisfied."
