"So we came through the drive through and waited for our food, okay that's expected on occasion, BUT a older guy that works there came out the front entrance to smoke, then we see him cough and had his nose dripping, he wiped his nose with his bare hands and he spat(hacked) up a large volume of sputum by the FRONT ENTRANCE!!! We then we see him when we drive back by cooking fries with bare hands... did he wash? Doubtful.... disgusting! We'll never be back to the Ballentine Arby's... so disgusting"

"I just went through the drive-through, and as I was sitting at the open drive-through window, I witnessed one employee, coughing all over the food that she was bagging to give to people. She was not coughing into her sleeve. She was consistently coughing open mouth while she was handling and bagging the food. It grossed me out so much. I just drove off without paying or getting my food."
"The chicken tenders I was served were raw. I rarely leave a bad review somewhere but this is a health hazard. I called to let them know and they offered my money back but my bigger concern is for public health."
