"Worst customer service ever went through the drive got my drink and it had no ice and half full asked to fill it up and the girl said not that's just the way it is never going back there again. Their food has gone downhill, and they are charging more for it way better places to spend my money at."

"I always stop at this location when I'm in Irmo because the food is always right, and because they stay so busy, it's always fresh. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and for a "McDonald's," it's worth it. Also, the people working the drive-thru always give you the service and are actually friendly."

"We came through around 9 pm on 12/5/23 and ordered through the drive-thru. As far as food and atmosphere, it was your typical McDonald's. The lady that took our order processed everything perfectly, even with me ordering two sandwiches with modifications and a coupon code. She got the order right and made a point to thank me and said sir. This continued when she took my payment at the window. I didn't catch her name, but she deserves recognition, which is why I included date and time."

"You get what you get here. $10.99 40 piece nuggets. $3 larger fries x2 =19.99 huh. Then they forget half my order and have to fight rush hr traffic to drive back. No apology. I don’t want anything free. But an I am sorry for the error would be nice. Nope. Then for some odd reason got annoyed when I asked my my receipt back. I mean really. Sorry. This is why I don’t eat here. But the kids get it as a treat. Sorry. No one is loving it."
