"Things breakdown and they don't seem in a huge hurry to fix them. Locked doors at entrance for security are almost always down and you can just open the door and walk right in. There was a water leak that took about three weeks to get fixed. People who work here are really nice seems to be out of their hands and a corporate thing."

"Moved here in October of last year and was told luxury, compares to Section 8. Dirty Bugs the upgrades promised never got. Was told hardwood and grantie got laminate and plastic counters. Kids running biking scootering in halls. Gates break down and lock you out front gate works when conveinent. Mail gets stolen. I have a criminal history that prevents rental and a 525 credit score and was approved. My neighbors owe over $13,000 were not evicted and abnandoed there vehilcel. My mental illness fgot really bad with the noise above me and beside me. The noise put me at a risk to others. I talked the to the manager last week and she told me to come in and see her on Friday and the fees would be waved. Went in and shocker, after 6 office staff 2 managers they have new owners. Explained everything to the new manager Tammy and she could care less. She acted better than me looked down upon me and the new company is a joke. I have to pay the money I was told I would not. Will not have groceries for six months but she can buy more designer clothes"
