"What a beautiful place to live! I am at the edge of Mt. Pleasant, just before the causeway into Sullivan's Island. The grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, and great restaurants are all in walking distance. This place is a gem!"

"Atlantic Beach House is amazing, my fiance and I lived there for about a year and a half and the only reason we moved was to purchase a home. The amenities are amazing, the pool makes you feel like you're living at a resort and you can walk/bike to Sullivan's Island, Old Village and Pitt Street Bridge. The staff is friendly and responsive, from the front office to the facilities staff I only have positive things to say. Any negative reviews about staff or bug infestations are way off...the property was built on/next to a marsh and there are crabs/bugs outside near the marsh/trail which is to be expected. Thanks to ABH and the staff for making us fall in love with the Charleston area and deciding to make this place home!"

"This complex is gorgeous and so well maintained. The amenities are everything that you could possibly want and more. The pool area is large and beautiful, the gym overlooks the mash and is spotless, and my dog loves the fenced in dog area where she plays with all of her friends. The have a delivery service for packages, pick up for garbage and locked bike rooms. It's so conveniently located to shops, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and Sullivans Island. The staff here are wonderful! I worked with Lindsay, Christina and Jordan who took care of helping me with all of my questions on my lease and random questions from Connecticut where I was moving from without seeing the apartment. They even called me on my drive down to let me know that they would be closed for the day due to the hurricane so I was able to stay an extra day in NC without getting stuck somewhere with 2 pets and a car that was more than full. Travis and the maintenance team are on top of everything and are so proactive. Did I mentioned the twice per month socials in their community room or by the pool? It's all just been such a great experience. I really feel like I live in Paradise."

The team went above and beyond for our tight turn around for our move in date and even had a gift waiting for us in our apartment when we moved in. We love going to Sullivan's Island and being so close to fun restaurants and bars. We look forward to discovering all of what this area has to offer!"
