"I work there part time as a gig, absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had from any other restaurant, I worked in Charleston, as a part-time person working there. The people are amazing. The management is awesome and they treat you like gold. When I work I’m provided a meal that is included and it is the absolute best food I’ve had in Charleston Since I moved here. The kitchen, the chefs are very particular and everybody is on point. Number one best people I’ve ever worked around ever. But the food is absolutely amazing. I absolutely love this place. I hope they keep calling me back for more work because it’s just an amazing group of people as well as food altogether. My experience here was at A+ excellent."

"Had a great dinner at the restaurant. A 5 star dinner except for the wine price. It was a terrific malbec priced at $75 a bottle. We took a picture to remember then I looked it up on line and found it for $20 a bottle. I don’t mind paying between 2 to 3 times the retail but more than that is abusive. That took my review to 3 stars."

"POST HOUSE WAS LIT AND SO WAS THE FOOD. Let me tell you why! Really enjoyed my first Post House experience. Even though I’m local it’s taken me forever to get there! Highly recommend a few menu items but I have one pro-tip for you first! 1) whilst entering, please make your way to the left of the host stand. One would not recommend crowding the foyer as the actively lit candlesticks will set your garments ablaze! Sadly I did lose a jacket, but the food (YUM) and service (WOW) were beyond excellent. 2) if you’re lucky enough to have Michelle or Sara(h) as a server, treat them kindly! If you’re able or want to request, make sure that bill and tip is large and worthwhile for these hardworking gorgeous ladies! 3) The tuna tartare, butter bean salad, cornbread, and burger are my personal suggestions but my partner loved the string beans and fish special they had. Manager deserves props for apologizing for the small embers warming the middle of my back. We actually reserved our next visit during the meal because the vibe is great. It’s busy but, like, oddly you can’t hear people around you? Dunno how they worked that out but it’s great because me and friends were seeing eachother for the first time since before the holidays and we were in rare form. ANYWAY this novel was brought to you by a very satisfied person with a wicked sense of humor."

"We went for lunch. Very good service and I enjoyed my meal, especially the Roasted Cauliflower and Avocado salad. The hamburgers looked delicious. Cute, quaint, historic place with pleasant, efficient service. However, I tried one of my husband's French fries and did not like it at all. Others in our party may have liked them, not sure."

"First Class service! If you are looking for a venue for your rehearsal dinner or wedding, I would stop looking and book Post House. With our large families combined we decided to rent the whole restaurant (105). I began working with Anna a year ago and she is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and easy to work with and was with me every step of the way. The food was amazing and the service was phenomenal! What a way to start a wedding weekend! You really set the bar high!! Thank you so much Anna and all the staff!!!"
