Yvonne assisted me with my tour and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The amenities are very well decorated which is amazing for entertaining and they even host community events. I can’t wait to move in!"

"While the community members are pleasant, and the location is favorable, a significant issue has marred my overall satisfaction – the limited availability of only one elevator in each building. This elevator is consistently out of order, leaving residents reliant on the stairs for tasks such as carrying groceries and moving in/out. This situation poses considerable challenges, especially for those with mobility issues. Even choosing a bottom-floor unit as an alternative is not without its drawbacks, as the walls are notably thin. The presence of just one frequently malfunctioning elevator significantly detracts from the living experience. For individuals with mobility concerns, I strongly advise exploring other housing options"

"I have honestly loved living here! My boyfriend and I have both been here for several years now, and we have seen various changes made. Between Josh (one of the awesome property managers) and others, the incredible maintenance team (they work SO hard and deserve SO much credit!), the beautiful amenities and convenient location, it is an awesome place to live. Midtown truly has everything you could need and more, and if something falls short, the team is always sure to do their best to change that. I think any apartment complex is going to have it's pros and cons, but I will never take away the fact that the midtown team goes above-and-beyond to make your living experience great. Just giving credit where it is due!"

Only had a small work order and they took care of it super quick. The neighbors have been really welcoming, as well. Highly recommend!"
