Riviera at Seaside Apartments

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, the safety of the residents is the bottom priority for the company. There have been close to a dozen instances where a mentally unstable resident has disturbed his neighbors and the local businesses in the shopping center and nothing has been done about it. The company has not provided a livable situation yet charges NEW YORK CITY prices for their units. The maintenance team is very good so I’ll give them one star."

"I moved 11 hours away to start a new job in Charleston. When I got to my new apartment (not the riveria) I had to end my lease abruptly and I was in a panic to find a new place ASAP. I stopped in at the leasing office and met with Jennifer! I told Jennifer our situation and she did everything she could to support us for 3 days. She is INCREDIBLE! The entire leasing office team quickly helped us apply, answered all our questions, and Jennifer followed up with us everyday until we could move in. Truly, the team is amazing and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Huge shoutout to Jennifer in the leasing office. You deserve a raise girl!"

"Location is excellent, you always feel safe and the beach is just over the bridge, however, the lack of communication the leasing office has is pitiful. I hate to leave a bad review, but this has a repeating cycle that I cannot express enough frustration towards. No one has any idea what they are doing in that office. I’ve walked in three times within the last month and each person always has a confused look on their face. With the amount of hardworking money I spend on my apartment each month, the leasing office should have at least a slight clue at how to handle a situation. As for the maintenance side of things, I salute you guys. They are always tentative and responsive, so at least they have things running smoothly in that area. The leasing office needs to get it together."
