"THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, MONEY, OR SATISFACTION parking is an astronomical issue here. there are marked reserved spot and you might stumble into an area marked for guests which 9 time out of 10 are already full. I am dog sitting for a friend here and I arrived late at night (11:30 pm). all the guest spots were taken by the pond and I did not feel safe parking a further distance away on the other side of the bridge (not that I saw any available guest parking on that side either) so there was an open spot near the guest spots at the pond. I thought it would be okay as I didn't see any towing or reserved signs. I was wrong, my car is gone. I now have to pay 250 to get it back and I will be late to work. The only explanation I got when I asked why the towing areas aren't more clear is that there is a sign at the ENTRANCE of the property. so theyve covered their liability but I think this is insane to have a singular sign. let alone what to do when the parking is full. even my friend, the resident, has had her car towed. I'd also like to note the towing sign is a very small dark blue sign (hard to see in the dark) in the driveway wooded area. So I can definitely tell you to not waste your time and money living here, it's truly not worth it as you can see from the other reviews. Edit: I called to ask them what I should do because I am staying there for the next few days. I raised my concerns about parking far away and being a single female walking alone in the dark. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I would just have to park and walk even though I feel unsafe. I asked them what would happen if by chance every single guest parking was taken on the lot by the time I arrive. I was told they can do absolutely nothing, and that I would be at risk for towing, and basically told I should patrol my own car. I am very disappointed with this response, but I truly expected nothing more. That phone call should be enough reason why you don’t live here and let guests visit you."

"Ever since the new maintenance staff (Daniel and Nick) started, maintenance requests are done so quickly! I put in a request Sunday night and they were out here at 9:30 Monday morning. So quick and so efficient. The grounds also have looked so much better as well with the new grounds keeper (Dylan). Thank you guys for making it so wonderful to live here!"

"Cooper River Farms has been a wonderful place to live for my girlfriend and myself over the past year! The floor plans are all well-thought-out and beautiful! The complex itself is perfect for all ages and has everything you need; walking trails, dog park, valet trash, amazing pool area, business center, gym, treetop yoga studio, and the entire staff here has been nothing but incredible!"
