"This was the first time I had the pleasure of staying at The Iris. My room was beautiful, modern, and I had everything I needed and a lot more. Brittany gave excellent customer service and talked me through the checkin process and how to use the car carousel, which is really nice and convenient. The Iris is located very close to King Street and I walked everywhere I wanted to go. For a unique and extremely nice experience staying in Charleston, I would highly recommend The Iris.. ."

"I had requested an early check in and they explained they’d try and they were able to offer me an earlier time. Unfortunately I ended up spending that time in the car repair station, but it was a welcome reply. All the novelty extras that were offered wine, chocolate, coffee, water and detergent for dish and laundry were VERY much appreciated. Keep up the great work!"

"The Iris is great place to stay in Charleston! The apartment is very cute and the bed very comfortable! It was a nice option to have a small kitchen. Great rates and value for money. It is located a few blocks from the north end of King Street, so it helps to take the city shuttles to visit the French Quarter and other areas, if you're walking. The welcome gift was a nice treat. "The team at the Iris were so accommodating! I had to extend my trip last minute and they were very helpful. We also decided to rent a vehicle last minute and they were able to quickly take care of us. The unit was very clean and had everything you could need. The mattress was super comfy and we really liked the noise cancellation machine. Nice touch. The location was very convenient to walk to King Street as well as close to the main roads to get around easily for driving or rideshare. I visit Charleston often and will definitely be staying again."
