"We have been living here 4 weeks now. Have to say it was one of the best choices we have ever made. We have lived in the south 4 years. We have lived in a gated community for 2 years in Mount Pleasant and 2 years in another facility not far from this one. All I want to do is sing praises for this complex. Emma and Shelley who work in main office are very attentive to the residents. Even if you mention an “issue” to them in jest, they insure your needs are met quickly. The maintenance personnel are also attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. Y all need to come for a tour. This facility is bright, clean, quiet. Everything you could ask for. Price is competitive. Our last location had raised rent 20% in 2 years without making any improvements. Old appliances, carpet throughout, dark. UGH!!! You deserve to enjoy where you live. Come and see"
