"Move in has been a breeze and I love my new apartment. I thought my place in Los Angeles was great but the Cormac has it beat! The staff is very professional, the amenities are top notch, and the views are great! Also, very clean and comfortable. I read a negative review regarding the application fee and security deposit but those are all standard so not sure what the complaint is there... Everyone was upfront and transparent throughout the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially those new to the Charleston area because the Cormac is only a few months old and everyone is new to the building."

"I am a 4th student doctor that is coming to Charleston for residency. I toured Cormac and all I can say is I’m in love! There were 3 main aspects that sold me on this amazing community. 1. This is far and away the nicest community I have ever been at. From the refined courtyards in front of Cormac to the cultured gathering spaces Cormac is beyond beautiful. I cannot wait to bring my friends over once I live here. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the fresh flowers in the main gathering areas. Additionally, this community was incredibly clean! I was amazed at how much pride they put into keeping all the spaces clean and accessible to everyone. 2. The Cormac team in the front office was truly incredible. I explained my situation about moving to Charleston as a student doctor and they bent over backwards helping me understand my options and helping me through the process of how to apply. Moreover, I was given a tour by the community manager Josh and I was amazed at how friendly, kind, and helpful he was. I was a walk-in and two tours were already going and he jumped up to help me and was more than willing to give me a tour even though I had not scheduled a formal one. I have lived at quite a few communities and I have to say the professionalism and respect I was given by this team were second to none which I appreciated. 3. The area that Cormac is in is perfect! It is less than 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and King St. Also, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance which is perfect for my busy lifestyle. Moreover, I felt extremely safe in the surrounding area which was important to me because I work in the emergency room and often get off work very late in the evening. Overall, I can say without a shadow of doubt this will be the community I stay at. From the facilities to the team in the main office I was impressed. Also, this team was doing a wine pop-up for the residents and I cannot get over how well thought out and executed this event was. I love when the community gives back to the residents and that is exact what I saw happening. Lastly, the pricing for this community is one of the best of the area at the time I went. It was much more reasonably priced compared to many of the competitors of the area. Charleston can be a very expensive city so it is nice to find a place that is a fair price. Cannot wait to move here! Update: The Cormac team reached out to me this morning making sure I was completely taken care of and asking if I had any questions or needed anything. Just blown away at how good this team is and what they are will to do for their residents. 10 out of 10 Cormac."

"I almost don’t want to share how much I love this community because I feel like it’s downtown’s hidden gem! I toured with Chaselin but everyone on the management staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring! They even went to measure the walls in my apartment for me when I was sure my couches would fit. The property is extremely clean which is very important to me and was a top concern when selecting an apartment community. The amenities are nice, CLEAN and the current residents keep it that way which is appreciated. I had a maintenance issue it was addressed same day. Apartment is nice and cozy, love the closet sizes, the space in the hallway, the $35 storage units. The SECURITY! There are so many things I love about living at Cormac I could go on and on. Come see for yourself!"

"Was in absolute Love with this place the moment I stepped foot into it, from the art work, to the amazing Mail Room, to amazing friendly staff. Josh the property manager made me feel right at home and explained everything. Beautiful views from the balconys on some of the upper floors. Beautiful pool, and Courtyard areas. Highly recommend these apartments!!"
