"Terrible! From the top down, Bad Experience, on Bad Experience. Started with Attitude from the front desk, faulty pipes that burst, ruining my entire apartment. They provided little to no help as I lost everything. The parking situation is terrible, have fun parking under the bridge, your car getting damaged and dirty. As I write this I can't think of a positive to say, Don't Live Here! *edit they apologize on here but have tried to charge me 95 dollars for “cleaning charges”, when they don’t have a working clubhouse or office space and has been under construction for over 8 months, again don’t live here!!!!!!"

"Moved here only recently from across the street and no problems so far. Close to the high way and king street. Minor highway noise that is a soothing white noise(no honking). Good floor layout that feels like a home(good use of space). Free coffee during leasing hours. Packages delivered to door so no late night walking outside to get your Taco Bell. Limited parking you can pay for or park nearby with accessible city parking. Would live here at least until I move. At most until I die"

"I loved living here! The location was terrific for highway access and upper King ST. The amenities were great and never had a issue using them over the year. Yes there are a lot of college kids, but that every building in Charleston now. Yes parking is tight in the garage but I always parked out back and always had a spot. The property managers always helped and the maintenance team always completed my request with in 24 hours. If I move back to Charleston this will be my first contact."

"Parking is always an issue. 2/3rds of the spots available are for compact cars. If you don't want your car dinged, this isn't your place. The front office folks lack compassion and respect for real life situations. Speaking/reasoning with them only ends with smug responses and poor treatment of what we are, customers."

"People constantly drunk by the pool past midnight. Voices are very loud and it can be heard clearly. It's disrespectful to the other residents that this behavior continues and is not addressed. Please take action or create set pool hours so others can sleep in peace. Losing my mind!"
