"Everything is broken. Elevator has been broken for months and I love walking up 7 floors. Garage door is broken allowing anyone who wants to take a stroll through the building to help themselves. Are they cutting costs by not fixing anything or do they just not care?"

"I moved in to 511 Meeting in June 2023- the units and building amenities are nice, however the staff has been less than helpful, and the parking situation is atrocious. I pay $75/mo for the uncovered parking in a gravel lot that is mostly overtaken with non residents. They claim they have a service that checks for parking passes, however I don’t believe this is the case as most of the cars in the lot don’t have a sticker. The other day, I was trying to use my car, but was blocked in by a non-resident, with no way to contact the owner or the apartment building, as they were closed and never answer the phone anyways. When sending an email to management, I received no response. I also went down to the office 6 days after to allow reasonable time for them to respond, and the employee could not have cared less. Nice building, but don’t expect much from management or the parking situation."

"I came here because a friend of mine(a resident of the complex) told me about an event the complex was hosting, which allowed the residents to bring a plus one. It was a luau BBQ that said friends are welcome. Well, it did not say those friends needed a parking pass for the complexes parking lot and/ or are not allowed to park here, therefore my car got towed. And not only that but the towing company is outrageously unprofessional and unhelpful. The complex had zero consideration for these plus ones and now I have to pay for it. There were no instructions to parking nor are there close parking outlets to use instead of their lot. Why have an event with plus ones that were not permitted to park there? If i knew, I would have happily paid for a parking pass. So much for modern and polished. Also, the amount of cars here parking illegally and/ or without a pass is ridiculous for ours to be singled out. Picture evidence will be a part of our dispute."

"The building is beautiful and well maintained. It is walking distance away from the main downtown area (bars, restaurants, etc.). The staff (Shawn, Amanda, and Kaylee) are very responsive and address issues in a timely manner."
