"Lived here when it was still Radius. It was fine, didn’t have too many issues until after I moved out. I moved out early and it was around the time they were changing management at the end of 2021. They called me and left a voicemail to ask for a forwarding address to send my security deposit. I called back five times and emailed multiple times and never got an answer. Then, this week I got a letter from a debt collector and had to call to find out Radius never charged me for ending my lease early. I moved out TWO YEARS AGO."
"Renting out their newest apartment and it does look nice. Unfortunately you don't get working AC with it. They have made the same "repairs" and it doesn't get fixed. Many other minuscule issues, but they are expected when renting. Like multiple switches not working, caulk not put down correctly, leaking roof taking multiple months to fix, etc. The staff is great, I can only imagine they don't have the proper resources to get the job done."
"I would like to give a honest review as a current resident. This office staff is terrible with communication. No matter if you call, leave a VM, email, or show up to the office (Nothing!!).I literally have a notebook log with attempts of me trying to contact management. There is never a solution. If management state they will call you back, Trust me you will not receive a call. The only great thing about the complex is the location. Two weeks ago when I was working out in the gym. I was met with two homeless people casually walking in. The door knob on the backside was broken so anyone could come in. There is a big safety concern. The pool is a free for all.Anyone off the street could use the pool and the laundry facilities. You would think with the amount that’s payed to live here, we would have something to ourselves. Same issues Just new owners. This complex has had 4 different owners in the past 5yrs."
"The conduct of the assistant manager is troubling. Despite providing assurances of prompt correspondence, her failure to reply to emails as promised is a clear dereliction of her duty to communicate effectively with tenants. This breach of trust severely hampers the tenant-landlord relationship, fostering an environment of frustration and mistrust. Furthermore, the inability to answer phone calls during designated office hours is an egregious neglect of basic administrative functions. The failure to provide accessible and timely communication channels impedes tenants' ability to seek assistance or address concerns in a timely manner, thereby undermining the fundamental tenet of proper tenant management. The deteriorating condition of the public spaces within the complex serves as a manifestation of a broader pattern of neglect. The lack of upkeep not only detracts from the overall living experience, but also raises concerns about the management's commitment to maintaining a safe and habitable living environment for all residents. The abrupt cancellation of the trash valet service, coupled with the failure to restore said service, is an affront to the expectations of tenants who relied upon this amenity. The inability to rectify this situation in a reasonable timeframe calls into question the management's capacity to swiftly address disruptions and provide essential services. The concerning behavior of certain dog owners, who neglect to clean up after their pets and allow them to soil common areas such as the hallway, is indicative of a lack of enforcement of rules and regulations within the complex. Such actions not only compromise the sanitary conditions of shared spaces but also foster an atmosphere of disregard for communal norms. Lastly, the matter of littered trash bags scattered around the building raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the complex. The failure to uphold a basic standard of cleanliness not only detracts from the visual appeal of the premises but also reflects poorly on the management's commitment to fostering a respectable living environment."
