"We really need someone to contact us we have tried several times to get in contact with the office and no one will answer. My father in-law just passed away and my mother in-law needs to figure out what to do about lowering the rent because this is supposed to be income based rent. It would be nice if someone would answer the phone. I bet when they don't receive the rent they are more than happy to contact someone. This is very unprofessional. You are dealing with senior citizens you should be a little bit more respectful towards them and their family!!!!!"

"My mother has been living here for almost 9 years and she loves it! It’s safe, clean, and her 2 bedroom is so spacious! There is a covered garage and you must have a key fob or be able to call the tenant to have access in the building which gives a piece of mind that there’s some control on who’s coming and going. Management and maintenance is always ready and wiling to help any way they can! I highly recommend Grandview Apartments!"
