"Apartments are not updated and cheaply done over. The apartment has major water leaks and the walls are thin to the point you can hear the neighbors. Outside around the property trash is all over the place and it looks like the dump. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME RENTING THESE. Save yourself the trouble. Also, these apartments are not safe a lot of crimes happen back here."

"Beware of this property! Tom and Maria are TWO-FACED LIARS. Tom and Maria is very friendly. They befriends you for your information and then talk really bad about you to other tenants. If you think you and Tom and her are cool, it's just a matter of time until they switches up on you. I know a lot of information about other tenants because of them. walks around the property all day(looking miserable) looking for trouble. Instead, Tom should be actually fixing things instead of temporary fixes that last a day or two. And both Tom (MAINTENANCE MAN) and Maria (PROPERTY MANAGER) living in the same complex is already chaotic!! Trash is always EVERYWHERE. To save y’all a lot of time and trouble from this TRASHY mess don’t move here, RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!!"

"I Only Gave It ONE Star Because It Was Required But Where Do I Start? The Office Is NEVER OPEN Unless It’s The 5th When Their Collecting Rent Payments And Even Then They Rather You Use The Drop Box! Maria Stockemer Is Rude And Very Disrespectful To Tenants When She Doesn’t Have To Be! The Nasty Attitude Is So Uncalled For And For That I’ve Emailed Corporate So Many Times To Make Complaints And Resolve This Matter And Haven’t Heard Anything Back Yet So I’ll Leave a Review Hopefully This Will Catch Their Attention! We Can’t Pay Rent Online Because the Portal Is Always Closed Can’t Get Anyone In Office Because Their Open Monday - Friday ONLINE But The Door Is Always Locked Phone Calls Never Get Answered Voicemails Go Unread ! Tom Is a Savior Without Him I Would’ve Been Moved Out!! Upper Management Needs To Do Something About This Property Or else They’ll Lose Tenants! I Will Be Reporting This Agency To The BBB And Hopefully Moving Out Soon I Pay Too Much Money Here To Not Feel Like A Home."

"Definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing! The only office person they have, gave me the worst experience I've ever had as an tenant. So bad I left the office without resolution! Thank God for the maintenance guy and his communication. I have even emailed corporate, but it will take more than just my complaint to get us an respectable office manager! Excited to end this lease here and move on! Maintenance is top notch besides the office management. I still petition to have her removed!!!!"

"Since the tour I was really well taken care of by the office staff they were more then happy to guide me through all my applications steps.when it comes down to maintenance the guy is awesome he’s always there to help. A/C was down as soon that Tom heard about he came right away to my apartment fixed it not only fixed it but came back the next day to check how the A/C was working. OASIS ON TOP!"
