"Nice amenities. But the property management is terrible, don’t expect to get your full refund back, will nickel and dime you for every single thing. You must hire professional carpet cleaners when you leave, typical when owned by big property management companies. Lots of better places to rent in the area and closer to downtown. Traffic in the area is terrible. Would not recommend. Happy I bought a place and moved out."
"When first arriving here, we had some maintenance issues that were fixed appropiately by the maintenance team. They did great and are very nice. The pool and gym are great as well. There employees are kind, understanding, and provide patience. My only downside is the main manager. I had important documents that were accidentally sent to the main desk. I called the office prior to let them know there was a mistake made and they may receive my mail. With this being said, I told them if it arrives and if they send it back, that is fine but to please let me know. For weeks I called to see if anything had been received, and was told no. After not receiving my important documents at all, I called the DVM to ask them what happened, and they told me it was delivered but sent back (never made aware of this). Aside from this, towards about a month and a half into our lease, we began to notice a man following my roommate and slowing providing more concern to her in the morning when she leaves for work. When calling the front desk, we were told there were numerous complaints about him. However, the manager said we need to call the cops because they can't do anything. This was confusing for us because we were told before signing a lease, as three young woman, they had 24 hour security. This was a lie. The cops came and told my roommate, "We have better things to do." We now have to walk my roommate outside every morning at 6:15 to make sure she makes it to car safely. On top of these two situations, I put in a noise complaint for our neighbors twice. The first one didn't seem to work, so that is why the second one came in. I was told by the manager to call the cops, again. I told her we would not be doing this due to what occurred last time, and it would be silly to do this when she has the authority of her tenants at the end of the day, to which she admitted she has no idea when cops are on their residence unless she personally sees it herself, and remained to say they do have security, but because of their jobs, they aren't always available (so you don't have 24 hour security..). This noise complaint somehow turned into rewarding the tenants that she would form a meeting with us all to discuss the issue. What????? We explained numerous times this would not work during business hours because we have full time jobs outside of the hours, to which we were told we can do a zoom meeting outside of business hours to figure it out. We still thought this was ridiculous but again worked with her. We sent her a time outside of business hours to do a meeting to which she said she cannot do because it was outside of business hours. I told her she quite literally said this was the reason for the zoom and she stated it was too late in the day to warn the tenants (we picked a time the day prior). Again... what???? It ended with her stating she would pick a time for us instead. After numerous emails getting nowhere and her ignoring the fact that we were unhappy about this whole thing, I finally had to tell her we were done with the situation and not contact us about the situation again. Sad when your employees are great but management ruins it! We would love to stay here and I think it's a great place to stay but you will not be helped from the manager."
"This apartment complex is the best I’ve lived in! Very well kept and pretty. The maintenance and management are very nice and helpful, always responsive in less than a day. Location is very safe and right by multiple grocery stores. The gym has all the necessities and is almost never full. Finding parking has never been an issue for me or any guests I have had."
"Nice but overpriced for the space no linen closet or additional storage space. Master bedroom does not accommodate large furniture. Also add 200 dollars to your base rent home not ventilated well to avoid growth. Took 2 days to clean mold out of stackable washer dryer if it wasnt for the lack of spacious available apartments I would not be renewing for a almost 200 dollar increase in rent"
"Great apartment. Awesome amenities like the pool/grill and the gym has a great variety of equipment you normally don’t find in other apartment gyms. Maintenance and repairs are done very quickly and the front desk staff are quick to respond and help out in any way. Love the monthly events and food trucks on Tuesdays as well"
