"I absolutely love living here at Willow Ridge!! The application process was smooth and easy, Que was available to answer any questions/concerns I had, and move in day was a breeze! My apartment looked amazing with new appliances and brand new flooring. The walls were also freshly painted. I was given the monthly flyer where community updates were listed and reminders concerning rules and guidelines were also available. My neighbors are super sweet also! I had to go out of town and received a package. They pulled it in out of the rain so the box would not get soaked. The community is quiet and peaceful. Children play outside on the weekends but are very respectful and make sure to avoid passing vehicles. I definitely recommend you join us here at Willow Ridge!"

"We have lived here for about 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say- the office is responsive and helpful, our neighbors are fantastic, and we are close to everything we need while still having a quiet, safe space to come home to. Additionally the price is super affordable for two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One of the major highlights of living here is Matt, the guy in charge of maintenance! He is responsive, quick, and incredibly helpful no matter what the problem is. Our heat went out overnight and he was in our apartment the very next morning and had the problem solved within an hour or two. I have lived in multiple places and never had maintenance that quick or friendly. For full transparency- the apartments are older and things come along with that (e.g., thin walls) but the benefits outweigh any cons when it comes to renting with Willow Ridge."

"A friend of mine recently moved here and had to clean up the apartment before she could even bring her stuff to move in.. there is definitely a bug problem in the kitchen, and someone left a metal object in the toilet which clogged it and caused a mess everywhere in the bathroom... it's crazy that you can't have the house/apartment cleaned and ready for a new tenant who has already payed up on everything to move in.. can someone explain why this is okay? She's reached out and contacted management several times to no avail. We ended up handling most of it ourselves, but this is NOT OKAY!"

"Very friendly staff and great place to live and this location is in heart (sits in the middle of Augusta) of Augusta with I-20 and Bobby Jones Express Highway at your fingertips. Wheeler Rd and Washington Rd, Walton Way and Walton Extention is walking distance. Great place to live with elementary, high schools and middle schools in walking distance. Near the Robert C Daniels shopping centers and major Movie theater. A Dollar General sits in the backyard of Willow Ridge Townhomes. There are also a swimming pool, laundry room, 24hr call service that includes security on site. No doubt being a awesome quiet place to live. I truly recommend checking this place for temporary or long time stay."
