"I’ve had the pleasure of staying here serval times and they never have disappointed me once. The team yes team they all get a round of applause for there great hospitality I mean from the time you check in coming and going and leaving they checking on there guess I like that. Making me fill comfortable while traveling keeps me coming back every time thanks for such a wonderful stay."

"Unfortunately another rough checkin with Hilton. We arrived at 2:30pm Saturday after checking in online the night before (selecting a 3pm arrival). The man at the desk stated no rooms were ready. When asked for estimate of how long, he replied "I have no idea". I confirmed 3pm is checkin right? He said yes but offered no other information. We waited around for about 25 minutes with no updates and decided go to the home we were visiting (luckily we had that option). The room was not ready according to the app until about 5:30pm or so. We left the house and checked in around 7:00pm or so. We were not greeted as Hilton honors members or given our benefit of waters and snack. We are not ones to speak up or get into anything with staff so nothing was said. We actually had to purchase 2 bottles of water that night, should have been comped. Unfortunately this type of checkin is something we have experienced multiple times in the last couple years. Complete lack of customer service. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. Room was ok, decently clean. All housekeeping staff we encountered were very polite and pleasant."

"I had a rough day trying to find a hotel that had a room AND took dogs. Tiara went out of her way to assure we were comfortable in a room rarely used. This hotel is old, but the upkeep is spectacular. It's clean, everything works, and the bed was oh so comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place in a convenient location. Even though the hotel was cared for, it was the amazing staff that really made the stay special. Thanks again Tiara and AJ for all your help. ❤️"

"Came to Augusta for a tennis tournament. Staff at the hotel was wonderful and so helpful! They were attentive to all our needs and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Location was convenient to lots of restaurants and walking distance to a Starbucks. Pool area/pool is small but we still enjoyed. Loved the layout of our room with the separate kitchen and sitting area. Would definitely stay here again."
