"The complex is under new management. If you have issues with repairs or unruly neighbors, management will usually ignore or poorly address your concerns. They may assure you they will handle the situation, but often sweep everything under the rug or fail to address it - an “out of sight out of mind” mindset. Maintenance is patched up with a band-aid, neighbors' dogs poop in the grass, everyone smokes weed, and management enters your unit without any notice whatsoever."

"My sister was just moving out about a week ago & left an empty jug full to the top of change, last time we cashed one in was almost $400, with a bunch of other little things in the apt she was coming back for, her cameras were still hooked up in her living room and the white maintenance guy came in Saturday night and took the jug while he walked around the apt (she didn’t turn her keys in yet but they knew she had moved out) he also would just walk into her apt while she was not there without them notifying her. Watch out for the maintenance men here, put atleast a ring camera or a camera in your apt."

"Very close to everything (school, downtown, washington rd) as it is right off of Walton way. Any issues with the apartment were resolved in very reasonable timeframe, and management had no problem making sure the issue is resolved. Be careful, the entrance/exit can be small, making it tough for 2 people going in opposite directions."

"Do not live here. The management is unorganized, unprofessional, and will not come fix things that need to be fixed. They will send someone over (most likely when you're NOT at home) to "fix" it. I am a female and have come home to my toilet seat lifted up because a maintenance worker let himself in my townhome to use the toilet when I was not home. I have been napping in my home and have woken up to a maintenance worker looking down at me. As I was trying to vacate my townhome, a worker stole a 450$ amp from my home. Who knows what else may have been stolen from me. Again, do not live here. You will be living in sub-optimal conditions, believe me I stuck it out for 2 years."

"My boyfriend and I went and looked at the apartment and really loved it. We had the money to be able to move in, but were waiting to hear if our application was approved. When i called (the 3rd time) the lady told me that we had been denied because we aren't medical students. I feel that since we were trying to give them money that we should have been considered based on our income and when we were available to move in. So do not waste your time here unless you are a medical student. I feel like she had other personal reasons she denied us as well, but I won't get into that."
