"Went to visit a friend and there guys hanging in the parking lot selling drugs had guns in their pants and asking if you wanted something they had it scared the daylight side of me. I’ve never been back to visit my friend since then."
"The maintenance guy with the locs. Keep him! He is on point with what he does. To me. Y'all tell him Franki said it. And Blax the mechanic . The apts and grounds looks good"
"I did know they remodeled them..looks much better"
"Horrible management. Janky apartments. The remodeling is falling apart every day. If it’s not one thing it’s another. They won’t fix anything and they’re money hungry."
"Hot ghetto mess. However, get on your feet there as best you can and move out. As long as you mind your business and handle you and your kids, then you will be okay. Some people are really nice there , others are not. The main problem is all of the unnecessary shootings that the young adults are doing and all of the drugs flying around. It's a shame to have to raise a kid in that environment. If you are wanting low income housing you are better off living in Lake Olmsted or Delta Manor. Make sure you find a job and then move. Also, one key note is to go ahead and save your money and do not report that you have a job bc the system will keep you there by making you pay high price rent in the projects to the point to where you are not able tosave enough money to move out. Save your money up, move out, and by the time they find you have a job you will be out of the hell hole. Other than that, I thank God it was a roof over me and my kids' heads."
