"The trailers are very run down. There are only a few in good condition. The area is not maintained at all. The staff has not taken care of hardly any of the issues with trailers. The place looks ruff."

"It's a nice and quiet place to live there's tons of children out there and most people stay to themselves but like anywhere you will run across a neighbor from h@#l but nothing too serious"

"Drove through 9/10/23..looking at trailers and there were piles of trash everywhere. Very disappointing looks like management would do something about this. Piles of furniture and such..should be reported..I still may make some phone calls"

"This is the worst place to live. Most of the trailers they are renting out are falling apart the floors in them you just might fall thru. And they have the audacity to charge $800 or $900 for the trailer. It's so run down it's ridiculous I'd rather live in prison than to live in this trailer park. And that's just sad. They should care more for the tenants that actually stay out there. They could at least fix these trailers better than they do. And the park for the kids to play is a death trap!!! If I had room to put no stars I would man."
