"I wanted to give a positive review to the maintenance team. I wanted to specifically give a review for the worker named Barrett. Every interaction I have with Barrett is kind, friendly, and helpful. Barrett even answers my questions about how wiring works when I was interested in knowing more about the electricity and wiring in the apartment. Barrett goes above and beyond in his work, and has fixed all of the issues I had in a timely manner. He is a great worker and should probably get a raise or a bonus for sure."

"Travis is a great maintenance guy here at icon Waverly .. I had a few issues in my apartment he came in and got the job done in a timely matter . He’s s very polite, and also genuine he gives back to the community.. I needed water once and get gave me a few bottles . That meant a lot to me in my time of need . That guy deserves a raise !! The kids in the community loves him, he’s a very great asset to I con Waverly !!!"

"Rats and old crumbling buildings is the best description. Horrible is the nicest word I could use. The 2nd story floors feel rotten and soft and almost nonexistent. If it weren’t for the carpet, you would probably fall through. The bathroom floor was uneven which made the toilet rock. When maintenance came, they ripped out the portion of the floor to make it level but never installed the vinyl floor back so all we had was exposed plywood. These buildings should be condemned. The buildings are shifting causing the sheet rock and ceiling to crumble and the doors are starting to swing open instead of closing properly. Don’t sign anything until you see the actual apartment you are going to be in because the show model is not a true representation of what you will be living in."

"Absolutely beautiful grounds. Friendly, prompt maintenance. Lovely ladies in the office. Spend all the free time at the pool I can. Everyone I've met so far has been pretty nice. It's the best place I've ever lived."
